Last updated: 2026-08-31

Please read these terms before using the App. Using it means you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Anyone under 18 should use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. What the service is

The App records health habits, shows charts and provides AI-generated general lifestyle suggestions.

It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace a registered healthcare professional.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; you decide whether to act on it.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep the information you enter accurate and keep your password safe.

Do not upload another person's personal or health data without their consent.

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or attempt to bypass its security.

4. AI limits

The AI coach only answers questions about your own health summary or how to use the App; other topics are declined.

Do not ask the AI for drug dosages, diagnoses or emergency medical instructions.

5. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (cloud database, AI models, analytics, weather, messaging). Those services are governed by their own terms.

The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by HA GO, Xiaomi (Mi Fit / Zepp Life), WhatsApp, Google, OpenAI or any health app provider. Those names are used only to describe data sources; trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

7. Termination and changes

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may update features or these terms; significant changes will be shown in the App.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
